On the Cusp (Chinese)

If you are not a Capricorn or an Aquarian you don't need to visit this page. Click here to establish your Animal Sign. If you are a December born Capricorn the Year of your birth is your Animal Year and if you are a January born Capricorn the year before your birth year is your Animal Year. If you are a January born Capricorn the New Chinese Year won't begin until after it leaves your Sign, so the old year hasn't finished playing out. The only Sign that needs to read beyond this point are Aquarians and even then only those born within a specific few days, the 4th/5th February. This is the date of Li Chun or the official start of spring, when the Sun reaches 15 degrees Aquarius and the new Animal Year begins. This is traditional Chinese Astrology but modern Chinese Astrology websites and books will have the New Lunar Year begin on the Chinese New Year, which can fall any time while the Sun is in Aquarius. Because there are two systems I would read the profiles for both and decide which feels right for you. It's those born on the 4th/5th February that are truely on the cusp and you will need to email me at chineseonethecusp@forecasters.co.nz and I will look into your chart. Again, I must stress that this only applies to Aquarians, those born between the 20th January and the 19th February.
